Si è corso il Gp del Belgio sulla mitica pista di Lommel, tracciato con fondo sabbioso molto tecnico e difficile.
L’MX Racing Team si presenta a questo appuntamento con Anton Lundgren nella MX2 e Filippo Zonta nell’Europeo 125, Ivanov è stato tenuto a riposo per prepararsi al meglio alle ultime gare stagionali.
Nella manche di qualifica di sabato Anton Lundgren è stato vittima di troppi errori che ne hanno pregiudicato la sua performance ed ha concluso in 21° posizione.
In gara 1 da una posizione al cancello non facile ha messo in mostra una buona velocità, dopo una partenza non facile è riuscito a recuperare diverse posizioni e con un buon ritmo ha tagliato il traguardo in 18° piazza conquistando 3 punti mondiali.
Gara 2 è stata poco fortunata per il pilota svedese, Anton è atterrato da un salto in una buca procurandosi una brutta botta alla schiena, Lundgren è stato costretto al ritiro.
Nel campionato europeo Filippo Zonta nella prima manche dopo una buona partenza quando si trovava vicino alla top ten è incappato in una caduta, Filippo nel cercare di recuperare è scivolato altre due volte buttando all’aria la sua gara.
Nella seconda manche Zonta è riuscito a trovare il suo ritmo su di una pista massacrata e resa ancora più difficile, Filippo con un buon ritmo è riuscito a concludere in 13° piazza.
